- For bookings more than 3 months in advance 50% deposit to secure the booking and 50% balance due 1 month before arrival date.
- If you cancel and we cannot re-let for the same period you lose your deposit. If you cancel and we re-let for the same period we refund your deposit in full.
- If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the booking but re-book for the same period of time for another date we will transfer the deposit to the new booking.
Information Final cleaning, linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, firewood are included. No smoking please within the house.
