• 50% to secure reservation
• If you cancel and we cannot re-let you lose your deposit. If you cancel and we re-let we refund your deposit in full.
• Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations made one month before booking are fully refundable. Cancellations one month or less before booking, either forfeit the deposit or require rebooking.

Information

Final cleaning, linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, firewood are included. No smoking please within the house.
